Why Your Support Matters
RBA is committed to keeping all coaching, camps and development opportunities free for young people. Your support helps us deliver safe, high-quality sessions; provide equipment and resources; run holiday programmes; and offer mentoring, wellbeing initiatives and positive role models.
Every contribution - financial, practical or volunteer-based - strengthens the Academy and ensures that no young person is held back by cost or circumstance. Together, we can create environments where young people grow in confidence, resilience and pride.
To date we have provided over 80 free coaching sessions across Eastern Suburbs schools and at Rongotai, organised and funded by only a small group of supporters. Now RBA has its structure, governance, systems in place and a positive 2025 track record.
Ways to Support
Make a Donation
Your donation helps keep the Academy free for every young person. Contributions support coaching delivery, equipment, safeguarding resources, holiday programmes and future development opportunities.
Sponsor a Programme or Event
Businesses and individuals can sponsor holiday camps, workshops, guest coaching, equipment needs or individual programme initiatives. Sponsorship creates meaningful community impact and supports long-term sustainability for our school and eastern suburbs wide activities.
Volunteer or Coach
If you have experience in sport, mentoring or youth development, you can support by helping at sessions, camps or events. All volunteers are fully vetted and supported by our coaching leadership team.
In-Kind Support
Equipment, facilities, services (such as photography, physio, fitness coaching, nutrition guidance or transport) all help elevate the experience for young athletes.

Upon receipt of your donation, you will be issued with a donation receipt.
